The inner tank of IBT is made up of high-grade GI sheet & it has proper insulation of high-density Polyurethane foam (PUF).

Cooling range between 0°C to 4°C, ideal for milk and perishable products. Refrigeration load ranges between 5 KW and 500 KW depending on uses and application size.

The Ice Building Tank is manufactured to generate, store, and utilize chilled water for cooling processes. The working process consists of several stages:
The refrigeration system starts by cooling water. The coolant keeps moving through a network of pipes submerged in the IBT machine.
The chilled water stored in the ice bank tank is further used for cooling purposes.
During cooling, the liquid circulates through an agitator. This chilled liquid is pumped out when required for applications like milk chillers, food processing, and air conditioning.
The circulated water returns after the chilling process. This higher temperature water gets chilled again when it contacts the present chilled water due to the agitator.
